Ghafi Kondi Akara

Ghafi KONDI AKARA holds a Ph.D. in Physics with a specialization in Energy, Climate, and Environment. Ghafi Kondi Akara is a Resident Researcher in Climate Science and a Gender and Inclusion officer at the AIMS Research and Innovation Centre (AIMS RIC) in Rwanda. With over 11 years’ experience, her professional endeavours also include research, project implementation, and fostering Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives. Her expertise also spans Energy Demand Modelling, Efficiency Management, environmental management, sustainable development, and renewable energy. Additionally, she actively engages in researching for the impact of climate on health.
